He then taught me stage 2 and I can blog directly now. But I still don't understand fundmentals such as cutting and pasting.Harry Barneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01833380054575757928noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31588679.post-1168976271463135502007-01-16T19:37:00.000+00:002007-01-16T19:37:00.000+00:00Harry, I've got a blogger account, or at least a g...Harry, I've got a blogger account, or at least a google account, but no blog. There were others on the platform who gave a differing viewpoint. Even those who disagreed with him, would have seen that is articulate, bright and thought provoking. The dialectics of debate can be healthy and educative. And I am still for Peter4Leader. Well it give me my perspective to push .Harry Barneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01833380054575757928noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31588679.post-1168948040798006442007-01-16T11:47:00.000+00:002007-01-16T11:47:00.000+00:00I think it's unrealistic to expect John McDonnell ...I think it's unrealistic to expect John McDonnell to be given the main hall alongside Gordon.

But it would've been good to have a debate between the candidates for deputy!Shamik Dashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10935999254568311462noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31588679.post-1168855530911221512007-01-15T10:05:00.000+00:002007-01-15T10:05:00.000+00:00el tom,I am attempting to set up a Fabian Society ...el tom,

I am attempting to set up a Fabian Society in the north eastern corner of Derbyshire. The only Labour Party post I now hold is Political Education Officer to my Local Labour Party. We had a good discussion meeting yesterday evening with 15 present. Will Brown of the Independent Labour Publication's led a discussion on "Labour, the Left and the Leadership." Several ex-Labour Party members attended. I consider I am now mainly into Political Educational activities and my days of politicking are nicely over.

chris baldwin,

I can access your profile, but not your full blog. It is indeed a weapon against the kind of straying we have seen from this government, an essential reminder of where we started off, and more importantly where, whatever the pace, we as a party are supposed to be going.

I'm really glad you put this up. I couldn't make the conference as I have finals (and I therefore have a 'life chances' quandry to consider!) which is rather embarrasing considering my new position on the Young Fabians exec.

I think we can expect to see things get noticeably better (though, as is to be expected from life generally, not 'John McDonnell' perfect) in the next couple of years. Brown must use the opportunity he has to unite and lead: to start listening to the centre of the party rather than the harder wings.

Good stuff comrade, thanks for writing this.

You make an especially good point about Harman, I must point out...Tomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07801341846218646357noreply@blogger.com
